How often should an RO purifier be serviced?
It depends on your water quality and usage. Most homes need a general service periodically, with filters and membrane changed as required. We check the TDS and condition during the visit and advise accordingly.
Do you use genuine spare parts?
Yes. We fit genuine filters, membranes, pumps, SMPS and other components. The parts used are noted on your service record.
How is the service charge decided?
The charge depends on the work and parts required. We explain the amount before starting so there are no surprises.
What payment methods do you accept for product orders?
You can choose Cash on Delivery or UPI while placing the order.
How do I check the status of my booking or order?
Use the reference number shown after you submit, along with your mobile number, on the Track Status page.
Do you handle CCTV, solar, UPS and batteries too?
Yes. Along with water purification, we handle CCTV, solar, UPS and battery sales and service.
